Conveyancing can appear to be a complex business; however, we pride ourselves in making the process transparent and easy to understand, put simply conveyancing is the legal process for a property to have new owners after an offer has been accepted and then completed. Whilst other solicitor firms provide other legal practices, our solicitors only practice in the property law. This will give you piece of mind to know that your dedicated conveyancer who is fully regulated will be purely focused on your transaction.

If you instruct My Conveyancing Specialist, we will allocate you a dedicated team member, whom will do all of the work on both of your files from start to finish and your files will not be passed around the office.  This is one of the ways we ensure good continuity of service for our clients, which is one of the reasons why we currently receive lots of referrals and great reviews.

Your quote is also protected by our No Move No Fee guarantee, meaning that you only pay our fees if the sale goes through.
